The Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) will take place after the 10.30 service on Sunday, 26 July, preceded by the Parish Meeting to elect the churchwardens.

The Agendas for both meetings are available here and here, together with the minutes of last year's Parish Meeting and APCM.  There are six vacancies on the PCC - three as ordinary members - and fortunately we have three volunteers.  And three as Deanery Synod representatives - for which we are still looking for volunteers.  Please speak to one of the clergy or to outgoing Deanery Synod representative Eileen Hamilton about this interesting representative role for St John's if you would be willing to put yourself forward.

The APCM will be receiving the Annual Report and statement of accounts, hearing about the Vision and Values for St John's and also hearing an assessment from Giles of how things are looking going forward.

The meeting will be in the church but it will also be possible to participate via Zoom, on this link.

It will not be possible to have the usual sandwich lunch after the meeting but we'll be gathering for what has become the usual picnic after the meeting, so do come along to this important annual meeting and then enjoy some time with others afterwards.
