Shrove Tuesday        

25th February St Andrew's Church, Short Street, 7.00 pm

PANCAKES AND RACE NIGHT! With pancakes, a cash bar and a raffle the evening promises to be an evening of fun for all the family. All ages are welcome, and tickets start at £3 for under 16’s, £5 for adults and a family of 4 for £15. Tickets are available from https://www.ticketsource.co.uk...


Ash Wednesday  

26 February, 7.00 pm 

Holy Communion with the imposition of ashes.


In our Sunday worship we will reflect on the Scriptures – what they are, how they are used by Christians, and how they can inspire us.  


On Sunday 15th March we will celebrating the end of Commonwealth Week with Commonwealth Resounds. Our main service will start at 11.00 on that day. Further details to follow.


On Sunday 22nd March we have a guest Preacher – Revd. Captain Patience Wanzala, from Kenya.


Our Sunday breakfasts, at 9.30 a.m, are open to all. We will request donations in aid of the charities supported by the Bishop of Southwark’s Lent Call.

It has been inspired and informed by the Archbishop of Canterbury's 2020 Lent Book, Saying Yes to Life by Ruth Valerio (SPCK).
