The Faith for the Climate Network is delighted to announce the second Interfaith Climate Symposium -

From Local to Global: how can we celebrate and harness local action to tackle climate change?

Wednesday 7th February, 5pm to 9pm at the Liberal Jewish Synagogue, 28 St John's Wood Road, London NW8 7HA

Come and explore how we can work across and within different faith traditions in the UK to tackle the issue that affects millions worldwide.

Speakers:

Lord Deben, Chair, UK Committee on Climate Change

Rabbi Alexandra Wright, Liberal Jewish Synagogue

Ashok Sinha, Chair, London Sustainability Commission

Shaykh Ibrahim Mogra,  Assistant Secretary General, Muslim Council of Britain

Rt Revd Richard Cheetham, Bishop of Kingston

There will be workshops on a wide range of topics - EcoChurch, EcoSynagogue, local action, the Climate Coalition's Show the Love campaign, and many more.... 

The symposium is intended for anyone keen to see their faith group or congregation more active in climate issues.
